    • Set up in the gym during tutorial (2:30-3:00pm)
    • Need a camera from Laura
    • Please leave out all round tables in the Commons—big screen lowered for Livestream
    • Large bleachers pulled out, ideally by 2:30pm on Tuesday
    • 5:45pm open CMS doors;  6:30pm Concert A (Clyde Hill/Woodridge)
    • 7:30pm Concert B (Medina/Enatai)
    • Should be done by 8pm, tear down right after
