Panel discussion for Chinook and Odle parents and students.
In front of stage:
Need 2 - 6ft tables set up in panel format with 6 chair available (we'll have 6 panelists) ,
Need 2 microphones
Need access to projector and white board.
No Lunch Tables
Please setup 130 seats in concert format - maybe 8 rows of 8 chair on each side (16 chairs per row) of a walkway down the middle,
Need 2-6ft tables left of stage for coffee
Need 1-6ft table at main entrance for check in
Russell White and Kathy Myers will be attending the meeting.
