55-6ft tables set up in large gym (BSD rental)
Need 205 total chairs (150 from Chinook/ 65 rented from BSD) - 4 at each table
Small gym used as walk through to large gym (no rental fee)
Need cafeteria tables for Commons
Need access to power outlet in large gym
