The organizers would like to be there starting at 5:45pm to set things up

Mr. White has graciously agreed to attend and help with the AV

For AV, we'll need the projector, screen, and microphone

We'd like about 70 seats to be set up ahead of time, with additional fold out chairs available in the back

We'd like one fold out table available in the front so that we can place our sign-in sheet, hand outs, etc.
