Staging, lighting & audio should still be set up from Friday night use. User is bringing in audio & lighting people. Reo will have helped them set up from Friday (videographer would like to plug into the audio system.)
Greenroom, load-in area and just outside in hall will be used. Users were approved to use band and choir rooms. User asked if they could keep load-in door open if they choose and given approval.
