Friday night they will be doing a photo montage via projection system. Please be prepared to set up.
Custodian is to move choir risers off stage and into hall. User is bringing in audio & lighting people. Reo, you'll need to help that set-up (videographer would like to plug into the audio system.)
Greenroom, load-in area and just outside in hall will be used. Users were approved to use band and choir rooms. User asked if they could keep load-in door open if they choose and given approval.
