Choir risers (7) have been ordered for set up on stage (have custodian do.)
empty batton should be brought down for their banner and then rasied into place (no other raising or lowering should be done.)
They have asked for a lot of equipment, do the best you can with what we have.
they will need the projection screen lowered and raised a maximum of two times. We have agreed that the site supervisor can do this for them.
