User will be entering at the load-in for initial theater use 2-5p.m.; User understands that commons will not be available until 5p.m. User would like use of one batton for hanging of cloth (all should be less than 20lbs) Supervisor can bring batton down at start, let them hang, raise and bring down at end of program.

User's sound people (Elmo) have asked to borrow two monitors/speakers. This has been approved.
